ABOUT RACHEL:

Rachel Johanson is an actor based in Brooklyn, New York. One of five, she grew up in Cincinnati and then at 5,000 ft. in the San Gabriel Mountains in California because her parents spent a weekend at a Zen Buddhist monastery. No, seriously. She got her B.F.A. in Theatre Performance from Ohio University and has continued her studies with Ted Sluberski, Karl Bury, and Larry Moss.

She lives for playing gutsy, unconventional women. Favorite past projects include shooting an episode of the new Comedy Central Show, Tha God’s Honest Truth, working with Robert Moss (Founder of Playwrights Horizons) at the Hangar Theatre and The Wolf of Wall Street.

When not acting or writing, she can often be found covered in an oat milk latte while attempting to walk her two rowdy rescue pups!
